BAREFOOT SHOES VS. CONVENTIONAL SHOES
Barefoot footwear is lightweight, flexible, and completely flat, with no heel elevation.
It was designed to allow the foot to move more naturally, with more freedom for the toes and that feeling of walking almost barefoot. It ultimately provides a simpler, looser, and more intuitive way of walking.
Conventional footwear, on the other hand, is usually more structured, with a stiffer sole, more cushioning, and often a slightly elevated heel. This can lead to the foot having less freedom of movement and the body adapting more to the footwear than vice-versa.
